Article 1 — Competition organiser

1. The organiser of both competitions described in these rules is the company PLAYzone s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 28399510, with registered office at Vinohradská 3217/167, Strašnice, 100 00 Praha 10 (hereinafter the "Organiser").
2. The competitions are run in cooperation with the company Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak s.r.o. (hereinafter the "Partner") and take place on the Instagram accounts @playzonearena and @samsungczsk.

Article 2 — Purpose and nature of the competitions

1. The competitions have the character of a marketing campaign of the Organiser and are not subject to Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling.
2. These competitions are in no way sponsored, supported or administered by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Instagram) and are not associated with that company in any way. All information provided as part of the competition is provided to the Organiser, not to Meta.

Article 3 — Dates and location

1. Both competitions run from 15 June 2026 to 19 July 2026 (until 11:59 p.m.).
2. The competitions are open to participants with permanent residence or habitual place of residence in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Article 4 — Conditions of participation

1. Any natural person over the age of 15 may take part in the competitions.
2. Persons aged 15–17 may take part only with the prior consent of their legal guardian. The Organiser is entitled to request this consent at any time.
3. Employees of the Organiser and persons close to them within the meaning of Section 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, are excluded from the competitions.
4. A single participant may win at most one prize in each competition.

Article 5 — How the competition works

1. The competition takes place on the Instagram profile @playzonearena and in a crosspost on @samsungczsk.
2. The competition post will be published on the @playzonearena Instagram profile during the competition period.
3. To be validly entered into the competition, you must complete all three of the following steps under the competition post:
   • "Like" (heart) the competition post,
   • follow the @playzonearena Instagram profile,
   • in a comment under the post, tag at least one friend you would share the prize with.
4. Each comment that separately tags a different user counts as one competition entry. Repeatedly tagging the same user, or tagging an inactive/fake account, does not increase the chances of winning.
5. Competition entries must comply with Instagram's community guidelines. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify comments that are offensive, vulgar or otherwise inappropriate.

Article 6 — Selecting the winners of the Instagram competition

1. 5 (five) winners will be selected at random from the valid competition comments.
2. The selection will be made by the Organiser via an internal draw without the presence of a notary, with a record kept of the draw.
3. The results will be published on Monday 20 July 2026 on the @playzonearena Instagram profile.
4. Each winner will be contacted via direct message (DM) on Instagram within 24 hours of the results being published.
5. If a winner does not respond within 5 working days of receiving the DM, their claim to the prize expires and the Organiser may draw a substitute winner.

Article 7 — Handover of the Instagram competition prizes

1. Prizes will be sent to winners by post or courier to an address in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, which the winner provides to the Organiser as part of the DM communication.
2. Prizes will be dispatched no later than 15 working days after the delivery details are confirmed by the winner.
3. The Organiser is not responsible for non-delivery of a prize caused by incorrect details provided by the winner.

Article 8 — Conditions of participation in the draw

1. Anyone who, in the period from 15 June 2026 to 19 July 2026 (until 11:59 p.m.), purchased an "Odyssey Pass" at the Vodafone PLAYzone Arena is automatically entered into the draw.
2. Purchasing an Odyssey Pass is the only criterion for entry into the draw — no further activity is required.
3. One purchased Odyssey Pass = one entry. If a single person buys multiple passes, the number of entries equals the number of passes purchased.

Article 9 — How the draw works

1. The draw will take place on Monday 20 July 2026 on the premises of the Vodafone PLAYzone Arena.
2. The draw will be carried out by the Organiser from the list of all valid purchased Odyssey Passes in the given period. An internal record of the draw will be kept.
3. A total of 5 (five) winners will be selected, ranked 1st–5th place.

Article 10 — Announcing and contacting the draw winners

1. The draw results will be published on Monday 20 July 2026 on the @playzonearena Instagram profile.
2. Each winner will additionally be contacted by email at the address provided when purchasing the Odyssey Pass.
3. If a winner does not respond within 5 working days of the email being sent, their claim to the prize expires and the Organiser may draw a substitute winner.

Article 11 — Handover of the draw prizes

1. The 1st-place winner will collect their prize in person at the Vodafone PLAYzone Arena on a date agreed with the Organiser.
2. Prizes for the 2nd–5th-place winners will be handed over in person at the arena, or sent by post/courier — by mutual agreement in the email communication with the Organiser.
3. Prizes will be handed over or dispatched no later than 15 working days after confirmation by the winner.

Article 14 — Common prize conditions

1. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or for other goods or services. Prizes are non-transferable.
2. The winner is not entitled to any compensation if they do not use the prize or do not collect it within the set deadline.
3. The voucher for the PLAYzone Arena is valid on the dates set out in the arena's operating rules.
4. Samsung vouchers, merch and other Samsung-branded prizes are subject to the Partner's terms.
5. The winner chooses the size of the T1 jacket as part of the communication with the Organiser after the prize is announced. If the requested size is not available, the closest available size will be offered.

Article 15 — Processing of personal data

1. The data controller is PLAYzone s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 28399510, with registered office at Vinohradská 3217/167, Strašnice, 100 00 Praha 10.
2. As part of the Instagram competition, the following personal data is processed: Instagram username. As part of the Odyssey Pass draw, the following may be processed: name, email address and delivery address (in the case of sending the prize by post).
3. The legal basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract (running the competition and handing over the prize) within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, or alternatively the legitimate interest of the Organiser.
4. Personal data will be processed for the period strictly necessary to run the competition, but no longer than 3 months after it ends, unless a longer period follows from legal regulations.
5. The participant has the right to access their personal data, to have it corrected or erased, the right to restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Article 16 — General rules and reservations

1. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, change the conditions of, shorten, extend or cancel the competitions at any time, without participants being entitled to any compensation, in particular due to a technical fault, a breach of the rules or force majeure.
2. The Organiser is entitled to exclude any participant in whom it forms a reasonable suspicion of using bots, scripts, automated tools or other techniques to artificially inflate the number of comments or other competition activity.
3. There is no legal entitlement to a prize. Pursuing a prize through the courts is excluded.
4. These rules are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
