Basic provisions
These general terms and conditions define the legal relationship between PLAYzone s.r.o. (hereinafter the "Organiser") and the customers of the online shop www.playzonearena.cz/vouchery (hereinafter the "Customer") for certain cultural or other events (hereinafter referred to as "Events"), for which PLAYzone s.r.o. arranges the sale of vouchers (hereinafter referred to as "Vouchers").

Business relationships conducted via electronic systems are governed by these terms and conditions, the laws of the Czech Republic and the Civil Code.
These terms and conditions apply to all business relationships entered into between the supplier and the customer for all business relationships concluded via electronic systems on the domains operated by the supplier.
Vouchers and their types
For individual Events, the Organiser may define one or more types of Vouchers (in addition to the basic Vouchers, in particular VIP Vouchers, Vouchers with the option of applying a discount, etc.). Different types of Vouchers usually have different prices, scope of use and entitlements.
All vouchers are delivered electronically after payment, whereby a payment confirmation message is sent to the email address provided by the Customer, with a .pdf file attached. In this file the Customer will find a unique Voucher, which they print out and present at the Event.
Sale of Vouchers
Vouchers of all types can only be purchased electronically through www.mcr.gg/vouchery, and are delivered to the Customer after payment of the order (described in more detail above). Vouchers are sent to the email address that the Customer enters during the order, and the Customer is obliged to carefully check that they have entered their email correctly. If, after completing the order, the Customer finds that they entered the wrong email, the Vouchers can be forwarded to another address after contacting the seller at [email protected].
Voucher prices
The price of a specific Voucher is always stated at www.playzonearena.cz/vouchery. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Voucher price is stated including the statutory 21% VAT rate and includes all pre-sale fees.
Payment of the Voucher price is made exclusively by electronic payment through the GoPay service.
Complaints
The Customer is obliged to check, immediately after the Vouchers are sent to their email, that they are correct and complete (in particular the price, the number of Vouchers and other parameters). Any complaints regarding the content of the Vouchers must be reported by the Customer immediately after they have been sent, by email to [email protected].
Complaints about the content of the Vouchers, in particular printing or graphic errors, incompleteness or incorrectness of the data or designation of the Voucher type, are handled by the Contact Person of PLAYzone s.r.o. The Contact Person will provide the Customer with verbal information about the manner and timing of the complaint resolution. If it is not possible for technical reasons to cancel the Voucher being complained about, a complaint record will be sent to the Customer's email.
Admission fees paid are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. A purchased Voucher cannot be exchanged. In the event of loss or damage, no replacement voucher is provided.
Refunds of vouchers
In the event that an event is cancelled, the Organiser is obliged to refund the Customer the full amount paid when purchasing the Voucher — the Customer presents the document sent to their email after payment of the transaction. Refunds are made by bank transfer, whereby the Organiser sends the purchase amount back to the Customer's bank account.
1) The refund applies only to Vouchers purchased no more than one year back, i.e. before and including the date.
2) Vouchers must not have used codes. Requests where it is found that a Voucher has been used will be automatically rejected.

Issuing a tax document
If, after purchasing vouchers, you would like a tax document issued for this purchase, please let us know no later than 15 days after payment, at [email protected].
If you contact us with this request later, it is possible that, for accounting reasons, we will no longer be able to accommodate you.
Consent to receiving commercial communications
Providing consent to receive commercial communications is entirely voluntary. Consent may be given only by a Customer who has reached the age of 15, by ticking the box with the text "I agree to receive personalised commercial communications" (or a box with text of similar meaning) in the relevant online form when registering an account with PLAYzone. If no box is ticked in the online form, consent will not be given and PLAYzone will not process the Customer's personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications. Consent to receive personalised commercial communications may only be given by a person over 15 years of age.
Final provisions
Provisions aimed at consumer protection under legal regulations and these terms and conditions do not apply to Customers who enter into contractual relationships with the Organiser as entrepreneurs. Due to the nature of the service provided and the provisions of Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code, the Customer cannot withdraw from the Contract for participation in an event.
A Voucher may serve as a simplified tax document under applicable legal regulations if the Organiser of the given event is a VAT payer. If the Customer requires an invoice — a tax document — to be issued, it is necessary to request its issuance from the Contact Person by sending a request to the email address [email protected]. We only issue invoices to VAT payers.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, the validity, effectiveness or enforceability of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. These Terms and Conditions become valid and effective on 1 May 2022, and PLAYzone s.r.o. reserves the right to change them at any time.
