Gift vouchers
How do PLAYzone gift vouchers work?
You can buy gift vouchers easily online in our e-shop. Once your order is complete, a voucher will arrive in your inbox as a PDF. You can use it right away, or bring it to the Vodafone PLAYzone Arena and pick up its gift (physical) version.
Redeeming your voucher
When you arrive at the arena, check in with your voucher at the reception, where we'll register you in the system and credit your account with the matching value. Our staff will be happy to help you with registration and activation. After that, just pick a device and you're ready to play.
Important: The voucher can be used on all available gaming platforms at the Vodafone PLAYzone Arena. It cannot be redeemed for food and drink purchases at Pixel Burger.
